Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

Standard Orders:
You may return or exchange unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within
15 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached.

Made-to-order & Custom Orders:
Only
50% of the total amount is eligible for a refund for made-to-order items. Non-customized orders can receive 75% of the total amount. Please return items in their original condition without damage. Shipping costs, including any duties, will be the buyer's responsibility.

In case of any fitting issues, please contact our customer support team for assistance. Our average response time is under 12 hours, and we aim to resolve issues promptly.

Return Process:

To initiate a return or exchange, email us at contact@khanbespoken.com within the eligibility window. Provide your order number, the items you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the request.

Return Authorization:
Once we receive your request, our customer support team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to ship the item(s) back.

Proof of Purchase:
When returning items, please include proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.

    Return Shipping:
    Buyer Responsibility: You cover the shipping costs for returning the garment, including any applicable duties or taxes.
    Track Your Shipment: We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing insurance. Khan Bespoke is not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.
      Refunds and Exchanges:
      Processing:
      Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them and process your refund or exchange within
      5-7 business days.
      Refund Method:
      Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

      Exchanges:
      New items will be shipped once the returned items have been processed.

      Non-Refundable Items:
      Custom & Personalized Orders:
      Custom-made or personalized items are
      non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged.
      Discounted/Sale Items:
      Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price are
      non-refundable.
      Shipping Costs:
      Shipping costs are
      non-refundable, except for defective or damaged items.
        Defective or Damaged Items:
        If your item is defective or damaged, please contact us at contact@khanbespoken.com within 3 days of receiving your order, and we will work to resolve the issue.
          Important Notes:
          Variations in Color and Patterns:
          Slight variations in color due to photographic lighting or monitor settings and pattern differences are not considered defects and are not eligible for refunds.

          No Showroom:
          Please note that Khan Bespoke operates exclusively online and does not have a physical showroom.
