 The estimated processing times are as follows:

Standard Orders: Typically processed within 1-2 Business Days and 3-5 Days Express Shipping Delivery time.
Custom-Made Orders: Personalized or custom-made items may require additional processing time, generally within 3-5 business days and 3-5 Days Express Shipping Delivery time.
Important Notes:
Business Days: Processing times are calculated in business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Peak Seasons: Due to increased order volumes, processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or promotional periods. We appreciate your patience and understanding.  
Order Updates: You will receive email notifications regarding the progress of your order, including when it is shipped.

    We will provide an estimated delivery window when you place your order. Please note that delivery times are approximate and may be influenced by external factors such as customs or courier delays.

    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can monitor your order's journey via the carrier’s tracking service, which may take up to 24 hours to reflect in their system. You can also track your order by visiting our website and entering your tracking number.

We cannot be held accountable for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. We highly recommend avoiding PO Box or Mailbox addresses, as our shipping partners do not deliver to these locations.
